Cintia Cabib has more than 30 years of experience producing, researching, writing, and distributing documentaries and educational videos.  Cintia provides the following services:

  • Production, writing, shooting, and editing of documentaries, educational videos, arts and cultural programming, and public service announcements

Cintia has a complete 4K camera package, microphones, lighting equipment, and a professional editing system.

  • Archival research locating photos, images, and footage for documentaries and historical programs

Cintia has extensive experience researching the collections of the Library of Congress, the National Archives, the Smithsonian Institution, and many more museum, university, and library collections.  She also ascertains the copyright status of archival materials, obtains the required permissions, and negotiates licensing fees.

  • Consultation services for distributing and pitching documentaries to public television stations

Cintia has successfully promoted and distributed her documentaries to public television stations nationwide.  She identifies program services which distribute programming to PBS member stations, develops strategies to secure optimal program carriage, and promotes the program to the appropriate PBS station staff members with her updated contact list.

  • Speaking engagements and screenings

Cintia has screened and discussed her documentaries in-person and online at numerous venues, including colleges and universities, museums, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and conferences. She speaks about the issues addressed in her documentaries and the filmmaking process. Cintia’s presentations can be tailored to the institution’s or organization’s specific objectives and needs.
